I admit, I took no pleasure in eating this meal which was taken from my freezer with lofty expectations. This meal was so awesome the first time around, just a few weeks ago, that I saved two portions so that I could one day be treated to another chance at loving it all over again! But this time... I don't know. Did you ever hear that episode of This American Life about the family that cloned their sweet, beloved pet bull, only to find that the clone was kind of a jerk who gored people? Well... that's what happened to me today. The flavors were still good, but the noodles were limp and mushy, it really was not the same. Lesson learned!
